And the special people?

Short answer: Everybody is special people.

Kings, CEOs, and others with power, will become just persons, such as any other special person, they will integrate into the community.

Decisions will be made by a group of people inside companies providing a solution, these decisions will be based on the needs of humanity. For example, if Africa needs more food, some companies will work on making machinery to farm food. Other companies will make desalination machines, to bring enough water from the ocean(our most abundant resource). Many people in Africa will be farming food for the special people of Africa.
